Visual Harmony
Visual Harmony is an interiors studio whose rooms photograph beautifully and whose brand did not. Quotes went out as plain PDFs; the website was a single scrolling page from 2016.
The challenge
Build an identity as considered as the interiors: one that sells high-value projects to architects, developers and private clients.
The approach
I built the brand around restraint — a quiet wordmark, a warm neutral palette drawn from limewash and oak, and a portfolio layout that lets photography breathe. Every touchpoint, from sample labels to site boards, follows one grid.
What the project included
- Strategy. Positioning workshop, audience interviews and a voice that is confident, never cold.
- Identity. Wordmark, palette, typography, stationery and site-board system.
- Portfolio site. Case-led project pages with before/after sequencing and press kit.
- Guidelines. A slim 24-page manual the studio actually uses.
What changed
The studio now wins work on the strength of its presentation alone, press features come with ready-made assets, and average project values moved upmarket within a year.
